CPHC Senior Services

CPHC have partnered with St. Vincent de Paul to provide transportation services to those who need assistance. if a client within our service area needed a ride where a CPHC drive would take him or her, but could not afford the CPHC cost for the ride –  and if CPHC had no monetary subsidy (which they have in a few cases though not many) –  the client could apply to us for help.  The call could originate with either the client or through CPHC, using our help-line in the usual way.  He or she would fill out a form, submit it, and we would judge whether we can help, as we usually do with regular requests.   www.cphcare.ca
